工作原理 運用杠桿原理，當使用介質通過閥體流入水池或水箱時，將浮球浮起，浮球帶動閥桿升起；當閥桿接近水平位置時，閥門即關閉；當水位下降，球與閥桿下垂時，閥門即自動開啟供水。
全不銹鋼結構
浮球閥體全采用不銹鋼壓鑄技術，使各部件間精良配合，不存在腐蝕松脫或緊卡現象，確保球閥長時間穩(wěn)定工作，同時不銹鋼構件設計使球閥在高濕環(huán)境中工作無化學腐蝕反應，使食用水清純、健康。
雙杠桿力學構思
本產品獨創(chuàng)雙桿浮力傳動，使球體浮力傳動得到倍數增長，密封壓力高達8kg以上，大大高于6kg密封壓力的國家標準。并配合垂直閥蕊穩(wěn)定傳動，全面解決浮球閥因閥蕊受力不平衡易失效現象，確保浮球閥的工作可靠性。
帶液面調節(jié)功能
為使消費者在無需更改管道配置的情況下可方便控制水池液位高度，本產品特別改進浮球連桿形式，加入液位調節(jié)齒輪桿組，使水池液面在調節(jié)桿長度范圍內可任意調整，以滿足不同情況的需要。
永不沉沒浮球技術
針對傳統(tǒng)產品浮球易穿易破缺陷，本產品以先進的球體灌泡技術對浮球加以體內灌泡處理，全面杜絕浮球因破損漏氣而失效的弱點，延長浮球使用壽命高達三倍以上。
注意事項
1．浮球閥是一種簡易的液面控制閥，因此本閥不附帶保護裝置，用戶應根據不同情況自設保護裝置。如屋頂水箱應設置溢流管。如用于地下水池應設置溢流管、溢流水泵和報警裝置。 2．應時常觀察浮球閥的工況是否正常，如發(fā)現密封墊損壞應及時更換，以免浮球閥漏水造成液面過高，浮力過大，使閥桿彎曲變形不能正常工作。

2.有特殊要求的，可特殊訂做。如：出水口大小，杠長度大小，浮球閥直徑大小。
3.我公司提供的浮球閥，浮球直徑在150mm內，采用焊接螺絲口（0.6mm或0.8mm），在150mm-1200mm采用的是穿心式的。黃銅浮球閥，浮球直徑在60-150mm（0.6mm）。采用焊接螺絲口。
