| 以含銻煙塵為原料，經(jīng)脫雜處理后，采用真空蒸發(fā)法制備了立方晶型納米三氧化二銻，并用XRD衍射和SEM掃描電鏡對(duì)產(chǎn)物三氧化二銻進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明，制備的三氧化二銻為立方晶型，顆粒粒徑為35~100 nm。實(shí)驗(yàn)考察了脫雜時(shí)間對(duì)脫雜效果的影響；考察了蒸發(fā)溫度、壓強(qiáng)、蒸發(fā)時(shí)間3個(gè)因素對(duì)三氧化二銻顆粒粒度的影響。 |

| With dust containing antimony as raw material, nanometer antimony trioxide was prepared by the vacuum evaporation method after removing the impurity, and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the antimony trioxide are cubic crystal structure, the particle size is 35~100 nm. The influences of evaporation temperature, pressure and holding time on particle size and the evaporation time on the effect of impurity removing were investigated, respectively. |
